Join us for a special cacao ceremony with sound healing offerings by Sara Emmitt and Brian Dickinson.  

We will open the circle with a ceremonial grade Guatemalan cacao drink to open our hearts and connect with our higher selves.  Next, we will lay down and Brian will guide you on a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, ancient bells, whistles, chimes, and flutes.  Then Sara will be offering her voice and gentle guitar rhythms in sweet serenade, creating a healing experience for the listener through sounds straight from the soul. 

Cacao lowers blood pressure by opening the arteries of our hearts.  It increases the production of Anandamide, a naturally occurring fatty acid neurotransmitter that is named after the Sanskrit word Ananda which means ‘joy, bliss & delight’.  

As you are immersed in the sound of the gong and in the subtle ethers of the sound bath, you are able to repair and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations wash over you; cleansing, unblocking and freeing. The functional harmony created by the gong tones allow you to easily drop into an blissful state of relaxation.
