Join us for a special cacao ceremony with sound healing offerings by Sara Emmitt and Brian Dickinson.  

We will open the circle with a ceremonial grade Guatemalan cacao drink to open our hearts and connect with our higher selves.  Next, we will lay down and Brian will guide you on a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, ancient bells, whistles, chimes, and flutes.  Then Sara will be offering her voice and gentle guitar rhythms in sweet serenade, creating a healing experience for the listener through sounds straight from the soul. 

Cacao lowers blood pressure by opening the arteries of our hearts.  It increases the production of Anandamide, a naturally occurring fatty acid neurotransmitter that is named after the Sanskrit word Ananda which means ‘joy, bliss & delight’.
