Melissa will begin by guiding us through gentle Sheng Zhen Qigong movements: a heart-opening practice that balances the body, relaxes the mind, and allows Qi (life energy) to flow freely. Then, as we settle into comfortable nests, Brian and Melissa will intuitively guide us on a journey through sound with gongs, singing bowls, handpan, flutes, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Immersed in this cosmic ocean of sound, the vibrations gently massage each cell, calm the nervous system, and invite a blissful state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.
