Join us for a special gong meditation session led by Gong Master Brian Dickinson. Brian will be intuitively guiding a journey though sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, ancient bells, whistles, chimes, and voice. As one is immersed in the ether of the sound bath, we are able to repair and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations wash over us; cleansing, unblocking and freeing us. The functional harmony created by the gong tones allow us to easily drop in to a blissful state of relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat/sleeping pad, pillow, blanket, water bottle, and anything to make your nest area more comfortable while laying down for close to 1 hr. There is no admission fee for this event; free-will donations will be accepted.
