Join us in feeling inner peace and using the gongs as intention amplifiers to pulse this peace out to the world.

Brian will be intuitively guiding a journey through sound with nine special gongs, singing bowls, bells, ancient whistles, handpan, chimes, and more.  As we are immersed in the cosmic ocean of sound;  these vibrations massage each cell of our body and calm our nervous systems.  The harmonic resonance created by the gong tones allow us to easily drop into a blissful, peaceful state of relaxation.

Suggested Arrival Time is 6:15pm.  

Please bring a water bottle and a comfortable nest to lay down (sleeping pad / yoga mat,  blankets, pillow, an eye covering, and anything to make you more  comfy).  There will be some yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and meditation pillows available.
