We will be sharing a ceremonial grade cacao drink to open our hearts, energize, and connect with our higher selves. The cacao will lower blood pressure as it literally opens the arteries of our hearts. This increases the production of Anandamide, a naturally occurring fatty acid neurotransmitter that is named after the Sanskrit word ananda which means ‘joy, bliss & delight’.

We will share our voices into the circle with an intention circle and be intuitively guided on a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, ancient bells, whistles, chimes, guitar, and voice.
