About The Event

Gong Master Brian Dickinson and World Musician Eric Vaughan will be co-creating a cacao ceremony with sound bath experience featuring instruments from around the world.

We will begin by sharing our voices into the circle and drinking a Guatemalan ceremonial cacao drink together.   The cacao opens our hearts, allows us to feel more connected with ourselves & our community, and brings feelings of bliss.   (Cacao is optional for those who may not want to drink it due to having very low blood pressure, taking pharmaceutical SSRIs, or other reasons)

Then we will lay down and Brian and Eric will guide the group on a journey through sound with a variety of gongs, singing bowls, ancient bells, whistles, chimes, flutes, and sitar.

Please bring a yoga mat/sleeping pad, pillow, blankets, eye covering and water bottle.  We will be laying for around one hour and having a nice comfortable nest is recommended.
