Join us for Friday night wellness with Brian Dickinson. The evening begins with an opening non alcoholic happy hour. We will then gather to share ceremonial grade cacao to open our hearts and energize our minds and bodies so that we connect with our higher selves. Cacao lowers blood pressure by opening the arteries of our hearts. This increases the production of Anandamide, a naturally occurring fatty acid neurotransmitter that is named after the Sanskrit word ananda which means ‘joy, bliss & delight’.
